We want you to love your Vyronlift gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need your order receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at info@vyronlift.com.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label, and
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your new item is to:

  1. Return the item you have, and
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please note it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.
